I admit it is extremely challenging to keep my emotions controlled and not allow them to dictate to me and ruin each day.
I have equipped myself to analyse my unwanted emotions or irrational thoughts, by identifying the facts causing the reasons or triggers which irritate or confuse my emotions and thoughts.
My greatest assistance has actually come from the very books which I have written for parents and young adults.
I got to the point when I realised it was up to me, it was my choice and action to make something happen in my life, especially with my regular undesirable emotions and unrealistic thoughts. I am the happiest I have ever been!
