How do you face challenges?
Here are some ideas about which to seriously think.
- How do you respond at first to challenges? Describe your responses.
- Are you sometimes not aware there is a challenge? What usually happens, think about this?
- To face a challenge head-on and fix it you have to be able to IDENTIFY AND NAME IT.
- If it is done work out what harm it has done and how you are going to restore this.
- Stop ignoring challenges, they don’t ignore you.
- With a challenge ask; ‘How is this going to affect me today, tomorrow, or next week?
